ABOUT THE MAIN COMPONENT - LEONARDITE

Leonardite is 100% organic fertilizer and soil former with content of natural humic and fulvic acids. Leonardite is final product of humification process that lasts 70 millions of years. Leonardite is extremely biologically active due to its molecular structure.

1 kilogram of leonardite contains 5 times more humic acids than other natural sources

1 kilogram of leonardite is equal to 30 tons of humus

QUALITY CHARACTERISTICS LEONARDITE

Parameters measure Test unit Result
Moisture (operation ) % 32,4
Ash (dry basis) % 11,5
Acidity рН pH unit 05,2
Humic acid % 61,9
Fulvic acid % 18
Organic matter in terms of carbon % 42

Application

Treatment of all crops at the rate of 300-700 kg of leonardite per 1 hectare.  In countries with poor soil, in countries with hot climates, in regions with low rainfall, and also when grown in deserts, doubling the dosage is recommended. Can be used with all types of fertilizers in all climate zones and all types of soil.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE FORMATION OF HUMUS?

It takes at least 6-12 months to form such a substance as humus with properties similar to fertilizers. In nature, the formation of the humus layer takes much more time, this process takes about 40 million years. There’s a simple rule for determining the quality of humus: older is, better is. The high value of our biostimulants is achieved through the use of lignite and leonardite, ecological and very antique coal formations, whose vast reserves, naturally, have been formed over millions of years!

HOW IS FULVIC AND HUMIC ACID FORMED?

Fulvic and humic acids are formed from humus. Humus is present only in the top soil layer, which is very fertile. Humus is similar to fertilizer, but decomposes much more slowly. It consists of organic compounds of plant and animal origin. Two substances can be extract from humus, such as humic and fulvic acid.
